Project Stage
Shovel-ready or late-stage development projects with all key permits in place and a clear path to construction.
Technology
Onshore wind, offshore wind, utility-scale solar PV, or hybrid projects with proven technology and established supply chains.
Geography
European markets preferred; Middle East and select international markets considered on a case-by-case basis.
Project Size
Minimum € 20M total project volume. Larger projects with co-investment structures are especially welcome.
Developer Track Record
Established developers with at least one completed project preferred. First-time developers may be considered with strong partnerships in place.
Revenue Visibility
PPAs, feed-in tariffs, Contracts for Difference, or other contracted revenues strongly preferred. Merchant exposure should be clearly quantified.
